Basin Bistro Opens in West End Neighborhood

After some tasty sneak previews and a soft opening of Basin Bistro last week, island businessman Dennis Byrd officially is launching the eatery Monday at 13 Evia Main in West End island neighborhood Evia.

Basin Bistro serves a full menu of breakfast bowls and other such fare along with lunch and weekend dinner items such as burgers with aged cheddar, Korean cauliflower, flat bread, Caesar and other salads, chicken and waffles, truffle fries and more.

Bistro Basin is in the building vacated this year by Lil’ Buffalo Grill. Its name is a nod to the Crash Boat Basin, which is near Evia and Moody Gardens Municipal Golf Course and east of 103rd Street.
